Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds (if applicable)

Cancellation by you – In case you have paid for a scheduled event (training, workshop or seminar or any other scheduled event) and are not able to attend the same you can attend the next event or nominate other person for the same event but shall not get any refund.

Cancellation by us – The only case when you shall get refund is; if the training, workshop or seminar or any other scheduled event for which you have paid for is cancelled or rescheduled by us. Just send an email to support@prozm.com for processing your refund.

Cancellation due to circumstances beyond our or your control – You can attend the next event or nominate other person for the same event or just send us an email to support@prozm.com for processing your refund.

Once your refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you.

Refund will be credited to your account depending upon method of payment you have used.

Refund will be processed within 7days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if approved)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
